What is the typical timeline for a project?
Timelines vary depending on the scope. A simple social media edit can take 1 to 2 weeks, while larger corporate productions usually take 4 to 12 weeks from initial discovery through to the final delivery of assets.
What is included in your production services?
We provide end-to-end video production solutions including concept strategy, professional 4K filming, lighting, high-fidelity audio capture, and a full suite of post-production services including colour-grading and motion graphics. We also provide post-publishing support to analyse the impact of your video and identify areas for improvement.
How does the scripting and planning phase work?
Collaboration is key. We work with you during pre-production to develop storyboards and scripts that align with your brand voice, ensuring a smooth and organised workflow before we even hit record. These sessions can be conducted in-person where possible or online via Zoom.
What is your policy regarding video revisions?
We include two rounds of revisions in our standard contracts to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Any additional changes after that can be accommodated at an agreed-upon hourly rate.
What are your prices?
Each project is as unique as the businesses we service. Therefore, we cannot accurately provide exact prices prior to our free consultation. However, regional video production rates range between £350-£1,500 for basic coverage and editing, £1,500-£5,000 for multi-day shoots with professional pre-, and post-production support, and £5,000+ for comprehensive video production campaigns with strategic planning and insight.
Are you available for international projects?
Yes, we can accommodate international projects. Travel arrangements and logistics can be managed in-house or follow a travel plan provided by the client.
Do you travel for film shoots?
Yes, we travel extensively across Northern Ireland and Ireland for our projects. Local travel within a 50 mile (80km) radius is included, with standard mileage rates applied for longer journeys or where overnight stays are required. Tolls are also not included in travel.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is always required to secure a filming date or to start an on-going project. The deposit amount will vary by project but will typically be 25% of the overall price and is deducted from the final balance.
What equipment do you use?
Our primary camera is the Canon EOS C70 which is supported by a secondary Canon R6 ii mirrorless camera. Both cameras can record up to 4K resolution. These are paired with RF & EF mount lenses. Our audio is powered by the Rode Wireless Pro system alongside a Sennheiser MKH 600 shotgun microphone. We also use a range of lighting equipment.

Do you provide the raw footage?
Do you use music and sound effects?
Yes. Our standard music and SFX are sourced from professional stock libraries and are licenced for commercial use. Original or licenced music is available at an additional cost.
Do you work with 3rd-parties?
Yes. On occasion, the complexity or scope of a production may require the assistance of another camera operator, location sound mixer, or production assistant. On these occasions I assemble a team of trusted partners to collaborate. Their rates will be independant of my own and will be included on your final invoice.
