Discovery
Communication is the root of success. That's why during our free initial consultation we take the time to listen to your challenges, establish what you need, and align with your goals. Following this, we conduct thorough market research for your business or project, identify your target audience, and define the metrics for success. Our research and proposals are presented to you and remain accessible throughout the project.
Pre-Production
Once a proposal is agreed, the next step is the development of all pre-production materials and resources. These can include scripting, storyboards, releases, schedules, talent outreach, asset development, test footage, licencing, and more. Pre-production can be conducted independently or in collaboration with your team.
Production
Production is when the actual recording takes place and can take one or several days to complete depending on the complexity of the shoot. We use 4K Cinema cameras, wired & wireless audio, and studio lights to maximise visual quality. We are happy to direct the shoot and operate cameras ourselves, but your team are more than welcome to direct it in-person.
Post-Production
After shooting ends, all media is securely stored and backed up on local and cloud servers for the duration of the project. Collaboration continues as you and your team are invited to review footage and curate your favourite clips. Editing, colour-grading, sound design, music, captions, and motion graphics are all added in post-production. Regular updates and revisions are available for your project.
Debrief & Results
Once your videos are published on the platform of your choice, we monitor reach, engagement, or client uptake. A follow-up consultation is available to review and determine if we met our KPIs, gauge success, and draft plans for future improvements and continued momentum.
